2/24/2010	Mass Change Period Absences	Section limitation field now uses a Search mechanism instead of a drop-down list. This form also now support Query KEEP/SKIP. Also, this process has been reworked to processes faster. Also, the actual period attendance codes now display instead of the "+" sign.
	Letter Log	Delete Entire Transaction process was not deleting the Letter Log Attendance (LEA) records, fixed.
	Print Discipline Report	Added the ability for this report to be run from the district level.
	Print Student Discipline Report/ADS	Added an option to include students without ADS records.
	Special Program	The "School" field on the Special Programs form now defaults to the current school.
	Student Demographics	The LOC Address Rules have now all been implemented. Next Track now only displays if the Next School is a Multi-Track school. Also, when the "Initial Ninth Grade Entry Year" field was set to required, even Elementary Schools would be required to fill it in, fixed.
	Print Monthly Attendance Summary Status	This report is now available in Aeries.net.
	Assertive Discipline	This screen is not editable on multiple tabs at once. Also added support for the Incident ID field. Also added the "Copy" button just like AeriesCS to copy a record to multiple students. The Expulsions tab now has the Comment field. Also added Required Fields for Data Entry support on this screen. Also added support for User-Defined User Code Field Captions.
	Print Special Ed Class List	This report was truncating the School Year, fixed.
	Print Student Transcripts	When running for multiple students, the 10-12 Ranking was not correct, fixed. Also, if a student had Algebra 1 in their Work In Progress, the report was considering the student as having met the Algebra 1 requirement, fixed. Also, the Show Spring Classes in the Fall option was not being honored correctly, fixed.
	Print Student Discipline Report/DIS	This report was not working for districts with Non-PermID-Based DIS tables, fixed.
	Print Monthly Attendance Summary/No YTD	This report had header display problems, fixed.
	All Forms	Many fields are now HTML Encoded.

1/8/2010	Attendance Enrollment	Changing Enrollment Dates was deleting any attendance data on the date the enrollment start date was changed to, fixed.
	Attendance	The Update Attendance button on this screen was generating a Javascript error for Elementary Schools, fixed.
	Student Demographics	This page now displays the Algebra 1 Completion Status of the student.
	Discipline Letter Edit and Print	The Add and Delete buttons are now hidden to people without those permissions.

	Print Course reference Summary	Additional CRS-related tables have been added to this report. This report can also now be run at the district level.

11/10/2009	System Configuration	Districts using Server 2008 had to remove certain MIME types in order to use the previous version. This is no longer necessary.
	Query	When using Integrated Windows Authentication, Query Results in the new Silverlight results window would not display, fixed.
	Print Attendance Audit Listing	When run from the district, this report could sometimes analyze Elementary Schools as if they were secondary schools and produce bogus errors, fixed.
11/5/2009	Assertive Discipline	If too much comment text is stored on a record, there is now a "More" link to display the entire comment text.
	Enrollment History	Updating Enrollment History now matches the new rules used by AeriesCS to use the various enrollment related STU fields.
	Print Student Transcripts	This report is now available to be printed for multiple students at once. It also now supports printing to colleges.
	Work Permits	The Employer drop-down list now sorts alphabetically. Also now the default Hours are correctly set based on student age.
	Query Report	Displaying SSID (STU.CID) on a Query Report would format it like a phone number, fixed.
	Print Weekly Attendance Report by Class	Students who left and returned to the same class in a single week have been displaying twice on this report, but the send record of the student was not properly indicating the days Not Enrolled, fixed.
	Print Attendance Audit Listing	This report now displays for secondary schools, students who were enrolled in attendance but who did not have classes on a particular day and who were not marked absent on that day. This will help identify days that are improperly being claimed for ADA.
	Update Attendance	When enrolling a new student, the option to "Update Student Enter Date" now defaults to ON.
	College Entrance Tests	The "Critical Reading" label on the ACT tab has been renamed to be "SciRsn".
	School Options	Records could not be added to the Bell Schedule if any records had been added to individual days in the calendar, fixed.
	Print Student Transcripts	Transcripts were always displaying the CAHSEE Status, even if the option was turned OFF, fixed.

9/16/2009	Attendance Enrollment	The Dates on enrollment records can now be changed. This process will delete any absences if an enter date is change to be later or a leave date is changed to be earlier. Also, the Next School field now uses a searchable window from the CHI table.

9/9/2009	Print Student Transcripts	Printing a Transcript for a student without Birth Place information was generating an error, fixed.
	Query	The Query Load process was generating an error when trying to filter, fixed.
	Query	Querying the CSE table from a school would not return the full result set, fixed.
	Print Student Transcripts	HIS Records with the "X" (Waived) mark were not factoring into the Graduation Credits Analysis on this report correctly, fixed. Also, records with the "X" (Waived) mark were displaying in the details of this report. Now they do not. Also, support has been added for printing the SSN on this report if the option in Transcript Definitions is turned ON.
	Print Student Immunization Status	This report was sometimes generating an error concerning populating "QT". This error has never been able to be reproduced by Eagle Software development staff, but a change has been made to try to prevent the error.
	Transcripts	When editing the first record displayed, the School Taken Drop-Down List was not displaying any items, fixed.
	Student Demographics	Blanking out the Mailing Address would attempt to display the Google Map for the newly blank address, fixed.
	Print Student Immunization Cards	The Immunization Print Report now displays all the information normally entered onto a "Blue Card."
	Home	All of the external gadgets have been disabled. Only the Aeries.net-specific gadgets are still available (Calendar, To-Do List, and Attendance Summary). This due to system performance problems in districts with saturated Internet connections. These features will be added back to Aeries.net in the future, but will be located on a different page.
	Transcripts	Entering marks of F or X now appropriately zero-out the Credits Completed. Also, the GPAs are now recalculated after any HIS data is changed.
	Scheduling	When Scheduling is turned off, now the Scheduling Master Schedule and Student Class Scheduling pages will not allow changing of data.
	Print Students With Unverified Period Absences	This report was not displaying the classes students were present in with "+" symbols, fixed.
	Class Schedules	The default CAR Date was the 2nd day of school before the first day of school. It should have been the first day of school, fixed.
8/14/2009	Lockers	Lockers would not support adding or editing Locker ID with non-numeric characters, fixed. A Search box has also been added to this page and now student number can be entered using the Perm ID.
	Assertive Discipline	Editing data on the Other Information tab was not allowed on the first record being displayed unless the record was selected from the selection box first, fixed.
	Initialize ATT/CAR	The ability to initialize the ATT and CAR tables has been added to Aeries.net. This feature is also available to be run from the district level for multiple schools!
	Scheduling Master Schedule Board	Periods with multiple sections would not display all the sections at the top of this page, fixed.

	Bell Scheduler	The Make Schedule button was not incrementing the time included for breaks and was ending the day early, fixed. This page was also creating data problems for BST records that were manually edited, fixed.
	Calendar	Changing the first day of the month would not save the date changes to the days in the month that weren't on Mondays, fixed.
	Query	The CHANGE command, although not listed as an available option, was being allowed. Now it is not. In the future, this feature will be added back once appropriate security measures are implemented in the system.
	Special Education	When trying to manually type in the 7-digit County-District code into the District of Service and District of Residence fields, the input would only allow 6 digits, fixed.
	Query Report	When Telephone numbers were included in the query and output to a Query Report, the first digit of the phone number would be truncated, fixed.

	Student Add	Searching for student will now return the top 3000 matches instead of 300.
	Student Search	When looking up students by only last name, the top 600 instead of 300 matches will display, except when searching at the district level, where 1000 matches will display.
	Master Schedule	MST records with only related records in the SEC table could not have their Teacher, Course, Period, Term, or Block fields edited. Now these fields are only locked if there are records in the CAR or GBE tables.
	Student Demographics	When editing a student record, there is now a Search button next to the Zip Extension field that opens the USPS Zip+4 Lookup website with all the address information pre-populated. After looking up the value, the Zip+4 can be copied and pasted back into Aeries.net.
	Student Demographics	The Student Data screen now has the ability to view an integrated map of a student's address. There is a Map button next to the Mailing and Residence Addresses.
	Courses	The Title and Long Title fields now limit the number of characters entered to 30 each.

	Print Daily Enrollment by Teacher	The totals on the second page did not add up, fixed.
	Letter Log	Delete Transaction displayed Absence Verification Letters multiple times. Letter generated from now on will not have this issue. Also, now the user who ran the transaction is displayed on the Delete Transaction list.
	Print Students Absent Today	This report was not working for Elementary w/ MST schools, fixed.
	Email List	Email List is a new page in Aeries.net that displays a list of parents, contacts, and teachers for a student and everyone's email address. This screen can be sued to create an email addressed to any combination of individuals listed on this screen.
	Reports	There is now an option for how the report should be delivered. Users have the option of choosing "Email w/ Attachment", "Email w/o Attachment", or "None".
	Reports	The Email Notice generated when a report is completed or an error occurs now contains the report name in the subject line.

	Classroom Attendance	The Classroom Attendance page was not working for the first 10 days of the school year, fixed.
	School Year	The determination of the School Year that was displayed in the system and got entered into some tables like HIS and ENR was using the School Calendar. This was causing problems for Summer Schools where the calendar doesn't include the entire school year. The system now uses the name of the Aeries SQL database to determine the school year.
	Security Users	The Last Name and First Name on accounts are now displayed in the search window. These fields are also now included in the search process.
	Scheduling Master Schedule	The School (if other than the current) field was displaying the district name if this field was populated with a 0. Now it displays a blank.

	Immunizations	Some of the fields on the Immunizations screen allowed the user to enter more characters than what the database could handle. Now all fields restrict data entry to valid number of characters.

	Query	Aeries.net Query now supports KEEPs and SKIPs. The navigation structure and reports honor the KEEP/SKIP.
	Student Navigation	Next, Previous, and Search buttons have been added to the Navigation Bar. This will now allow users to navigate forward and backward between students without needing to use the Search capability.
