The setup options include the selection of schools to be included in the reports and the option to generate totals for each school or totals at district level. There have been changes for new data requirements for the PRE-ID data that will be loaded into the STAR file. So please check over your data in the PRE table carefully. | 9/23/2011 | Carl Perkins can now be generated at the district level but from only the Client Server version. The District version can generate detailed information for either each school selected or an aggregated district total. A new option that has been added to the School and District version is a grade range selection. It was stated by CDE that the Carl Perkins totals can ONLY include grades 7 – 12. The grade range option will only allow grades 7-12 since it was noticed that some Middle Schools have 6th graders enrolled in ROCP courses and they CANNOT be included in this report. | Carl Perkins E1 District |

| 9/16/2011 | The Carl Perkins 2010-11 CDE 101 E1 report for the School version has been modified according to the new file layout. The major change to the report is that the FRM table will no longer be used for calculating the Economically Disadvantaged sections of the report and will now use the FRE table. Also, any CALPADS translations for FRE will be honored. The use of the HIS table will now be used to select students for the report instead of CAR. This will allow schools to define which school code a student should be enrolled at based on their grade level, and their next school based on their next grade. It has been updated to now store the profiles within three new tables: MDP, MDF and MDL to easily maintain the profiles in the system. | 2/11/2011 | The CAHSEE Test Results program has been modified to support the new 2010 Data File Layout that is dated January 6, 2011. This layout can now be used in Aeries to import CAHSEE test files from December 2010 - May 2011. A new layout was also added that will accommodate the June 2010 – November 2010 tests which utilizes the previous layout.
