The School Calendar displays all days in the school year and codes that indicate the school holidays. The school calendar table contains up to fourteen months of twenty days each, for a total of 280 possible school days in each year. Each day entered contains a date and can contain a holiday code.
Note: If deleting a month, the Delete function will delete the last month in the calendar file.

Reminder: If any weeks need to be removed from the calendar they MUST be taken out immediately. After adding the month containing the week, adjust the Monday date according to the week removed.
Calendar Codes - listed below are used to flag holidays and special attendance days:
# denotes a school holiday, when students are not in school.
@ denotes days preceding or following this attendance year, when school is not in session.
$ denotes staff development days.
% represents Minimum Days, which are treated the same as school days.
+ represents Parent Conference days, which are treated the same as holidays.
The totals at the bottom of the form show total school days and holidays during the month currently displayed.
