The Grade Reporting Cycle has all the forms and reports used during a Grade Reporting period. As each step is preformed, a red check mark displays in the bottom right corner of each box. Performing the first step creates a new grading cycle and all previous check marks will no longer display. This function is used to track the last step made in the current grading cycle. The form is color coded to help visualize the steps to be taken. All white boxes are printed reports and yellow boxes indicate computer-processing steps, which often are critical in the processing cycle. Green boxes indicate scanner input and blue boxes indicate form displays.

Preview Reports can be turned off by clicking the mouse on the button to the left. All reports will now be automatically sent to the printer.
Add Access Query Condition - limits the printout of any report by adding a query condition, for example, to print a report for a certain sex. Click on the button to the left and a small window will display to enter the condition. To print a report for males only, enter SX = "M". This indicates ‘’If the sex of the student is male then print him on the report". The report output can also be limited using an AERIES™ Query Skip/Keep. If a query condition can be used and has an effect on a form, report, or function a Q1, Q2, or Q3 tag will display on the bottom left corner of the button.
Clear Checkmarks - clears the red check marks from the form by clicking the mouse on the button to the left.
There are two grade reporting tables available that can be created which are for Single Marks and Multiple Marks. The form that will display to create the grade table will depend on the grade reporting option selected on the School Options form.
