Once the setup for the physical fitness letters has been performed the letters can be printed for all students. To print letters click the mouse on the Print Physical Fitness Letters To Parents option. The following message will display. Click the mouse on the No button to generate a letterhead that will be printed on plain white paper.
The following letter will be generated to parents indicating how their student performed during the Physical Fitness Testing process. It will also indicate what the Healthy Fitness Zone indicates for the student on the date the test was taken.
