To scan the physical fitness scanner sheets, click the mouse on the Read Physical Fitness Scanner Sheet option. The following message will display. Click the mouse on the Yes button.
The following form will display. If the scanner is ready to scan the message Communication line is open, Ready to scan will display.
If there is a problem with the communication between the computer and the scanner the message Unable to open communication line! will display in red.
Click the mouse on the Open Comm Line button to try and open the Communication Line.
NOTE: If problems still exist, check the line connection and the settings for the scanner. Use the Scanner Test program on the Miscellaneous Functions form to test the scanner and see if it is working properly.
To scan the physical fitness scanner sheets, click the mouse on the Scan One Form button. If the scanner sheet was read properly all physical fitness scores will display for the student.
Verify that the information scanned is correct on the form. If the scanner is working properly, click the mouse on the Scan Continuously button. After all sheets have been scanned, click the mouse on the Exit Scan Program button.
