The Other functions include various options that are available.
P - Print - The Print function is used to print the current screen displayed on the printer. It is the same as pressing Control-P and selecting the current page.
X - Exit - The Exit function is used to exit the form currently displayed. Click the mouse on the Exit button or type X on the keyboard.
H - HELP -The HELP key or the F1 key can be pressed at any time to bring up the Windows Help form. The HELP form is nearly identical to this manual, but much handier to use when you need quick information about the form.
Switch - The Switch function is used to access an additional form that is available for displaying or updating information while viewing a select form.
Red Flag - The Red Flag option can be set ON to change the buttons on the Student Data form to display in Red such as the medical button below.
