Teacher Data

The Teacher Data form is utilized to display and update teacher information. A number is assigned to each teacher and the data is stored in the TCH table. Each teacher assigned a class in the current Master Schedule, the Scheduling Master Schedule or in a student’s Counselor field must be added to the Teacher Data form. The Teacher Data form displays all classes in the current Master Schedule that this teacher is currently teaching. The classes assigned to this teacher for the next semester in the Scheduling Master Schedule can also be displayed by clicking on the SMS option.  

This form will also allow an Electronic Tag to be selected that will allow a teacher to enter attendance and grades.  A field is available for an email address, district ID and photo number.  A file can be created to store teachers photographs which can then be displayed but the name of the file must be entered in the Photo File field. In the above example, the teacher’s photo file name is 990001 and is in the same directory as the student’s photographs.
