These changes should help fit more students on a single screen. The ability to click on a student's photo and display it larger in a new window has also been added.   Student Info The Student Info tabs for teachers now honor the new FLG Red Flag table logic.   Grade Reporting The sort order of the Grade Reporting Marks in the drop-down list have been adjusted to match the identified sort order from the Update Valid Marks form in Aeries. 9/30/2008 Parent Registration The process of registering for a parent account and associating that account with a student was confusing for parents when the student they were associating with did not have any Contact records in Aeries. This process has been changed to better accommodate that situation. Also, if a parent did not associate with a student during the registration process, but did so after logging into the system, the parent would have to log out of ABI and then back in to see the student they associated themselves with, fixed. 9/10/2008 Student Attendance Viewing Student Attendance would generate an error and not display any attendance details, fixed. 9/8/2008 Seating Chart Safari was having issues with the new Drag-And-Drop features. Some adjustments have been made to better support the Safari and Google Chrome Browsers. 9/4/2008 Passwords If an account has a password of "welcome" or "changeme", the system will force that user to change their password before continuing to use the system. 8/26/2008 Student Contacts Viewing Student Contacts with the Last Name or First Name fields populated would cause an error for parents, students, or counselor-style accounts, fixed. 8/22/2008 Seating Chart The Seating Chart and Attendance by Photo Pages for elementary schools were not allowing teachers to use the traditional grid structure for their class seating chart. Additionally, the Mass Assign Seats was not available. These issues have been fixed.   Student Contacts Viewing Student Contacts if the STU record had a Record Release (STU.DNR) value would generate an error, fixed. 8/1/2008 School and District News School and District News is a new tab that displays on the Teacher's Resources tab. The information on this page comes from the newly added School News and District News forms (NWS table) in Aeries. This feature will also be expanded later to allow parents and students to see this information. 7/31/2008 Main Menu The "Did You Know" area has been removed from the Main Menu page of ABI.   Parent Options Parents and Students with accounts can now register to receive District and School News periodically by email. The option in on the User Options page, but is only available for districts who have implemented the AeriesCS and the Aeries.net Reporting Engine. 7/28/2008 Gradebook There is now a new Data Entry Page called "Quick Data Entry" that allows the teacher to enter the first character of the last name and then enter the score for the assignment chosen on the screen. This should allow for quick data entry of assignments scores. 7/25/2008 Gradebook There is now a new Sort field on each student in a gradebook that can be used by the teacher to sort students according to that number instead of alphabetically. This number will automatically increment as new students are added to a gradebook. 7/21/2008 Gradebook The Gradebook Scores by Assignments and Scores by Student pages now have the ability to view only the Missing Assignments. 7/18/2008 Seating Chart The Seating Chart now offers the ability to drag-and-drop students to their location on the screen instead of requiring the use of the grid. 7/16/2008 Gradebook Assignments Teacher now have the flexibility to set Gradebook Assignments as not visible to the Student/Parent Portal. Teachers can also identify if they do not want the score of an assignment to be visible to Student and Parents. 7/14/2008 Student Contacts The Contacts screen now displays an "Email List" of parents, the student, teachers, and counselor email addresses so that someone can easily email all interested people concerning a student. 7/11/2008 Student Classes Class Schedules displayed for students now include the Teacher's Email Address in another column to make it easily visible. 6/6/2008 Navigation The navigation tabs previously required that Firefox users click on the actual text of the tab. This limit has been increased to 2.1 Billion. 2/4/2008 Physical Fitness Physical Fitness Test Results can now be entered into the PFT table by PE teachers through ABI. This capability is also available in the PDA version of ABI. 1/30/2008 Student Information The ACT - Activities and Awards table is now viewable in ABI. This information is also optionally editable by various groups of ABI users. 1/24/2008 Class Labels The Class Labels program has been adjusted to better support IE 7 and Firefox on Windows. 1/23/2008 Print Gradebook Assignments by Student Blank pages were being printed when only printing students above or below a certain percentage, fixed. 12/21/2007 Lost Password The Lost Password page was not properly cleansing the email address entered by the user and allowed for a possible SQL Injection attack. This has been corrected. 11/20/2007 Teacher Gradebook The ABI Gradebook now has the ability to enter 3 documents for an assignment instead of the previous limit of one.   Teacher Gradebook Teachers using the ABI Gradebook now have the ability to enter a Due Time for each assignment as well as indicate if the assignment can be turned in online by students. The Due Time will tie in with student drop boxes and require that the student turn in the assignment before the Due Date and Due Time.   Student/Parent Gradebook The tabs formerly names "Class Assignments" and "Homework" are now named "Gradebook" and "Current Assignments". This new wording should be more self-explanatory for new users of ABI.   Student Gradebook The Gradebook view for just a single student has been redesigned to better handle the increased number of fields that is now displayed on this screen.   Gradebook Scores by Student Students now have the ability to use the File Upload system to turn in their assignments through ABI. This capability has been added to the "Current Assignments" tab (formerly the "Homework" tab). Note - the File Upload feature is only available for AeriesCS districts. 11/19/2007 Standards Based Grade Reporting When the Teacher view of Standards Based Grade Reporting is not editable, teachers could not change their view of the information from By Student to By Standard and vice-versa. It has all the same optional security parameters as the other medical tables. 9/6/2007 Print Content Standards By Class The Print Content Standards By Class report is now available to elementary schools.   Student Data The capability to view Fees and Fines (FEE), Interventions (INV), Retentions (RET), Counseling (CNF), and Visitation (VIS) has been added to ABI.   Student Data Editing Counselors, Teachers, and Counselor-style accounts now have the option of being able to Add, Change, or Delete data in the Fees and Fines (FEE) table, Interventions (INV) table, Retentions (RET) table, Counseling (CNF) table, or Visitation (VIS) table. 9/5/2007 Student and Contact Data Changing The emails that are sent as a result of parents editing student and contact information has been changed to use full names for "School", "Student", and "Permanent ID".   Teacher Adhoc Emails There was a prior limit of adding 200 email addresses at a single time, this limit has been increased to 500.   Gradebook Edit Assignments When adding a new assignment to a gradebook that is linked with other gradebooks, the suggested new assignment number will be one higher than the highest assignment in all linked gradebooks.   Standards Based Grade Reporting The Standards Based Grade Reporting system in ABI now supports the concept of multiple teachers being assigned to different standards on a single student. This will be used when a school or district identifies course associations with standards for pull-out classes. 9/4/2007 Group Security The Permissions to Add and Delete Course Requests has been removed. Only Change and View permissions are now available because refinement of Add and Delete permissions are not currently possible for Course Requests.   Course Requests Counselor-Style Accounts with View permissions to Course Requests were also inheriting the Counselor permissions to Edit Course Requests, fixed.   Discipline Teachers adding new DIS records was not working against Access databases, fixed. 8/30/2007 Attendance When posting lunch counts, some AeriesCS districts were receiving an error, fixed.   Reports There is now a new option on the "Other 2" tab to allow teachers to print saved Multi Data Profile Reports for their own students. Please contact Aeries 2nd Level Support for more information. 4/6/2007 Graduation Status The Grad Status calculation in ABI needed some adjustments to match the calculation from Aeries, done. 4/4/2007 Event Calendar The Display Type of the calendar is now remembered for an individual user the next time they log in to ABI. 3/26/2007 System Emails In AeriesCS, the system was sometimes using the incorrect principal's name in the body of the email, fixed. 3/21/2007 Gradebook Admin Backups The Admin process for backing up gradebooks did not support a UNC path, fixed. 2/23/2007 Parent Account Creation If a parent creates an account that is later deleted by the system administrator in AeriesCS, if the parent tries to create another account with the same email address, the system will re-activate the old, delete-tagged records in the PWA table in stead of trying to create a new record. 2/16/2007 Gradebook Import from TST The import process from the CST table was generating errors, fixed. 2/15/2007 Login If a user attempted to log in to ABI and typed an incorrect password, the system was sending the incorrect password back in the URL. This was not needed by the system and posed a potential security risk. The password in the URL has been removed.   Gradebook Import from TST The process to import scores from TST/CST to the Gradebook would generate an error in no one in the current school or class took the test that the teacher was attempting to import from, fixed. 2/6/2007 Grade reporting Load From Gradebook The process of loading secondary grades from the ABI Gradebook was not always choosing the correct assignment range for the first gradebook in step 3, fixed. Additional changes have been made to these reports to correct this issue. 2/3/2007 Admin Security The Administrative Security page was not handling account with apostrophes in them, fixed. 2/2/2007 Gradebook Class Scores The description of each assignment is now shown when you mouse over the assignment number in the header and footer of the page.   Gradebook Scores by Assignment The Gradebook Scores by Assignment page for AeriesCS was generating an error when sorting by student name. 2/1/2007 Parent Account Creation There is now a link during the Parent Accoutn Creation Wizard to go back to the login page. 1/29/2007 Teacher Change Student Email The process that allows teachers to change STU and CON email addresses, when adding an email address when one was not there previously, was not properly creating new PWA accounts in Access Aeries and was creating an account with a duplicate email address in AeriesCS, fixed.   Print Gradebook Student Scores The Print Gradebook Student Scores report now has an option to "Show Completion Checks Instead of Scores" that will hide the actual score a student received on an assignment and print only a Check or nothing for a student to indicate if the assignment was completed and scored. 1/18/2007 Gradebook A new feature has been added to the Gradebook for teachers to create Grading Scales with valid alpha marks and to assign those scales to assignments. There is now a new tab on the Maintenance page called Scales where they can be managed by individual teachers. Once a Scale is assigned to an assignment, the various areas to input scores for that assignments will include a drop-down list of valid marks. When one of those marks is chosen instead of entering a numeric score, the Percentage assigned to the mark will be factored into the Max Score for the assignment and internally, the student will receive that percentage of the Max Score as their Score for that assignment.   Parent Account Creation The confirmation email that is sent to parents will no longer make reference to the "Confirmation Code" if they are to manually confirm the email address instead of clicking on the link. This item has been changed to "Email Code" to avoid confusion that some parents were having with the Verification Code needed to associate the account with a student. 1/11/2007 Student Data The Student Demographic Data shown in ABI now includes Alias Names, CSIS ID, and Parent Ed Level. 1/9/2007 Gradebook There is now a new Gradebook report called "Final Mark Analysis" that is a bar graph of final marks for students in a single or across multiple gradebooks.   Gradebook Assignment Analysis The Gradebook Assignment Analysis Report now has the ability to produce a bar chart of the actual scores on an assignment.   Gradebook Summary Report The Gradebook Summary Report now has the option to sort on the Overall Scores of Students.   Gradebook Scores by Assignment The headings on this page no longer turn the various input fields ON and OFF, they now sort the students by the data displayed in each column. 1/3/2007 Gradebook - Standards Based Grades There is now the ability to identify a Standard Category for an entire gradebook. Doing this will make every assignment apply to the Achievement mark and will limit the Assignment Standards dropdown to just the standards in that category.   Gradebook Assignments of individual students can now be flagged with a new "Status" value. Currently the available codes are: "Late", "Incomplete", "Not Yet Graded", & "Not Yet Processed". Additional values may be added in the future. 12/19/2006 Gradebook Assignment Scores The ability to import Gradebook Scores from the Aeries TST or CST tables has been added to the system. The option must first be turned ON to allow teachers to see the "Import Scores from TST/CST" button on the bottom of the "Scores by Assignment" page. 12/14/2006 Gradebook to Standards Grades The process for loading SBG from the Gradebook, now remembers the mark value ranges that are entered. Additionally, if a gradebook has nothing already entered for the values, the values from another of the teacher's gradebooks will be automatically used. 12/13/2006 All Reports All reports in ABI that utilize hard page breaks have been adjusted to support IE 7. 11/27/2006 Event Calendar Teachers with more than 200 gradebook assignments due on the same day would cause the event calendar to give an error, fixed. 11/7/2006 Gradebook Backup and Restore Fields with single quotes in them were causing problems when the backup was done by the system administrator, fixed. 11/6/2006 Gradebook Edit Assignment The system now does not allow teachers to enter an assignment number 0 (zero). 10/23/2006 Gradebook Backups In AeriesCS (SQL), gradebooks from other schools with the same teacher number were displaying for teachers doing a Backup process, fixed. 10/19/2006 Gradebook Student Transfer An error was being generated if a student had an apostrophe in the Gradebook Score Comment fields, fixed. 10/18/2006 Event Calendar Elementary Teachers who do not have any sections had the ability to add "Section-Level" events without a section number. The wording has changed to better express that the Transfer process is a PULL process. Additionally, errors were being generated by GBS records with NULL values in some fields. This has been fixed.   Gradebook The ability to import gradebook scores from BlackBoard is now available. The option needs to be turned ON in ABI Options and a BlackBoard.udl needs to be created in the c:\ABIConn\ directory. This allows for a student in multiple gradebooks to have all the information from multiple gradebooks displayed together or emailed together. 8/11/2006 User Options Parent and Student accounts using the PWA table will now see the Options link at the top of the ABI header. The Options page will allow parents and students to define what types of email from the district they do not want to receive.   ABI Options Added new option to "Allow Access to Last Year (Read Only)". This new feature is only enabled for teacher accounts and displays as a link to "Switch to Last Year" on the Main Menu page. In order for this feature to work properly, a SchoolData#Last.udl must be created to point to your previous year database. For AeriesCS districts using a single SchoolDataSQL.udl, they must create a SchoolDataSQLLast.udl. 8/10/2006 ABI Logins The Web Users form in Aeries now has the ability to identify a Numeric Passcode for each account. When a value is specified, the user, when they log in to Aeries, will be prompted to click on a virtual keypad to enter their numeric passcode. This Passcode can also be changed by using the Change Password area. 8/7/2006 Manage PWA Accounts Added the capability to display students and all of the related PWA accounts. Also in AeriesCS (SQL), added paging to the result set of accounts or students so that districts with thousands of accounts can use this page to manage the PWA records. 8/3/2006 Teacher Mass Emailing Added the ability to load email addresses for all of the teacher's students and for secondary schools, all student or parents in an individual section.   Student Info By Class Added an option to allow teachers to change a student's or contact's email address. Also changed the types of recipients (Students, Parents, Contacts) to default to ON. 2/16/2006 Gradebook Options When choosing the Show or Not Show Only Currently Active Gradebooks, the list of gradebooks shown in the upper-left corner of the page was not honoring the new option until another page was loaded causing confusion, fixed.   Print Gradebook Roster Added the Gradebook and Teacher Name to the top of the report. Also added the option to include additional blank lines at the bottom of the report. 2/15/2006 Gradebook Options The ABI Gradebook now offers a new option for implementing Gradebook Scoring Rules. These rules can be configured from the Options page on the Grading Rules tab. Teachers can add up to 100 different rules that differ from gradebook to gradebook that can drop the Lowest N number of scores in a particular Assignment Type or overall throughout the gradebook. That value can optionally be replaced by nothing, the average score for that area, or the top score in the area. 2/8/2006 Navigation When changing from the Attendance tab to the Student Info tab, the selected Period will be remembered. The system is configurable for which areas are to be locked out. In Aeries, there are 5 new fields in the SSD table, shown on the SUP 2 form that control the locking out of information. The reasons/triggers for the lockout can be defined as codes for the SSD.RCD (Restriction Code) field. Parents will be given a window of time before the system locks out the information. The clock starts for this window the first time a parent or student logs into ABI after the SSD.RCD flag has been set. After the window expires, the selected student information becomes unavailable to the parent and they are prompted to resolve the issue for the restriction to be removed. 11/21/2005 Edit Contacts Editing Contact records did not support PermID-based CON tables in AeriesCS, fixed.   Student and Contact data T-Administrators could not see student or contact address or telephone information, fixed. 11/2/2005 Parent Access There is now the option to allow parents to change certain fields in the STU table. This option is similar to the existing CON change options. The capability must be explicitly turned ON and configured and each field can be individually identified as being updateable or not. Emails are automatically sent to contacts of the student whose records were modified and the details of the change are emailed to a school staff member for verification and confirmation. This process requires that you have already configured the Aeries SMTP Email Service for ABI Parent Access. 11/1/2005 Main Menu The items being displayed on the Main Menu (Resources, Calendar, Messages, and "Did You Know") can now all be Minimized and Restored by the end-user. The system will adjust the existing assignment and all assignments in between to make it work. The form will warn the user before allowing them to do this though.   Grade Reporting Students were being sorted by name instead of by Course and by Name for periods with multiple sections. This is now sorted how scanner sheets would be sorted, on Course, then by Name.   Gradebook Scores by Class Now when an assignment is outside an individual student's range of assignments that apply to that student, those assignments display in Red.   Edit Gradebooks When entering a gradebook, now the start date must be before the end date or the record will not be able to be saved. 1/13/2005 Student Info by Class This page was not showing students in Spring sections. The section was displaying in the dropdown list, but no students would show if the school was using a CAR table and the Spring term hadn't started yet, fixed. 1/5/2005 Gradebook The sort order when multiple gradebooks are listed in a drop-down list has been changed to display all of the currently active gradebooks first and then all the rest together afterwards. The inactive gradebooks are also highlighted with brackets. Date Page Comments 9/29/2004 Attendance by Month This page was not honoring the CAR table when doing Secondary Daily Attendance, fixed. 9/27/2004 Gradebook Access for read-only administrators was not working properly, fixed.   Gradebook Scores by Class The Print Preview mode of this page needed the empty spaces to be wider to provide more room for entering scores on paper. 9/21/2004 Attendance The Course Title being displayed was not including the Course ID. This was causing sections with the same teacher, period, and course to be grouped together on this page, fixed.   Print Weekly Attendance Report This report was not properly showing students as Not Enrolled on days of a week when the student is only enrolled in that class for part of that week and the CAR table indicates that, fixed. 9/2/2004 Gradebook Types Added code to limit the data entry of the type description to just 30 characters which is the field limit in the database. Typing will stop being entered into the description field when there are already 30 characters in it.   Edit Assignments Added code to limit the data entry of the description and comment fields to just 255 characters which is the field limit in the database. Typing will stop being entered into the field when there are already 255 characters in it. 8/26/2004 Gradebook New Edit and Add New graphics have been implemented. They are less intrusive than the old graphics. 8/25/2004 Gradebook Numbers outside of the normal range for Gradebook High and Low Grade and Period were causing AeriesCS districts major problems. ABI will now not allow numbers outside the expected range to be entered into the database. 8/20/2004 Student Info and Grades These functions were not working for servers without a C drive who had to configure their global.asa file to look for the ABIConn directory on a different drive, fixed. 7/8/2004 Counselor - Student Lookup The new process for counselors to lookup students using a popup window was not working in the Mozilla browser because of poor support for the DOM (Document Object Model) and JavaScript, fixed.   Login The Login process was not properly protecting against a user who had hacked into the database and was manually typing (or copying and pasting) a hashed password into the password field, fixed. 7/6/2004 Graduation Requirements The total credits required for a subject area was not displaying correctly if the first course processed in a subject area was repeated, fixed. 6/24/2004 Student Info All student information pages have been adjusted to support when an AeriesCS district changes a table to be Permanent ID based. 6/14/2004 Student Attendance Changed this page to load faster. 6/4/2004 Navigation Bar Now has a new link for User Options.   User Options (Options.asp) This is a new page that shows the available configurable options for an individual user. These options are stored in the Aeries database and so fill follow a user no matter what workstation they connect from. 6/3/2004 ABI Options Added a new option to "Hide Session Count Down" that will hide the count down timer indicating the time left to complete a page in ABI before the server timeouts the session.   Student Info by Class The Grades tab has been removed for schools doing Standards Based Grade Reporting. 6/2/2004 Attendance On weekends and holidays the attendance pages were bouncing back to the "Select A Date" page. They now display a message that today isn't a valid school day and offer the link to Change Date. 5/28/2004 incSQLConfig.asp SQL (AeriesCS) districts running ABI no longer have to modify the incSQLConfig.asp file with every update from now on if they define the "DoingSQL", "DoingOneDSN", and "OneDSN" settings in Application variables in the global.asa file. Please contact Aeries Support or email abi@aeries.com for details about setting these options. 5/27/2004 Student Grades Comments 2 and 3 were not displaying if all of the prior comments were not filled in, fixed. 5/26/2004 Navigation Bar The process for a counselor user to change students has been changed to use a search and popup window. Choosing a new student will now stay on the same page in ABI and just display the new student.   Attendance And ABI Options There is now a new option available to positive attendance schools for Default to Present. Turning on this option tells the attendance page to automatically mark all students Present if they don't have any other absence code. The Submit button still has to be pushed by the teacher though. 5/20/2004 Gradebook Student Scores Viewing this page as a parent or student against an Aeries SQL database was giving an error and not working, fixed.   Seating Chart and Attendance by Photograph The columns now display as letters. This should make setting up and updating the seating chart easier to understand because it now ahs the same structure as an Excel spreadsheet. Date Page Comments 5/19/2004 Login.asp The logout process was not displaying the correct message on the login screen, fixed.   Labels.asp Class Label formatting has been changed to use forced page breaks instead of trying to perfectly calculate the position based on the number of lines. This should improve the alignment of page 2 and above. Page 1 should not change. As a note: your margin should be .5 for the Top and Bottom and .25 for the Right and Left.   Database Connections Because some systems out in the world do not have C drives for various reasons, the ability to place the UDL connection files in a different directory has been added. This process is not recommended and should only be done if absolutely necessary. The automatic creation of the UDL file by the ABI Options application do not support this though. Please contact Aeries Support or email abi@aeries.com for details about changing your ABIConn directory. 5/13/2004 ABI Options Added a new button for "Create UDL" that will allow the user to create the UDL Connection file directly from the ABI Options application. 5/6/2004 Grade Reporting - Load From Gradebook (GradebookToGrades.asp) The Overwrite Existing Marks option that needs to turned ON if a teacher is loading grades a second time and wishes to replace the marks currently in GRD with the newly calculated ones was not easy enough to spot by teachers. It has now been placed on the top of the page for every step so they don't miss it. 5/4/2004 Change Password ABI now supports complex password rules for ABI users when changing their passwords. ABI now allows administrators to setup rules for a minimum length, require special characters, require both letters and numbers, require both upper and lower case, and require that new password have to significantly different than the old password. 5/3/2004 Attendance Any record being changed will now be highlighted after an attendance choice is made for that student. 4/26/2004 Grade Reporting - Load From Gradebook (GradebookToGrades.asp) This page was not handling marks higher than 10 properly, fixed. 4/7/2004 Standards Based Grade Reporting Standards Based Grade Reporting by Standard was not working on Mac IE, fixed.   Codes and Code Descriptions For AeriesCS (SQL), Codes and Code Descriptions were not displaying correctly if the district had implemented school-based codes, fixed. 3/29/2004 Course Requests New fields have been added to ABI options for date ranges by grade level that students can enter course requests.   Login page The ABI Login form was not telling users when they entered in an invalid username or password, fixed.   Change Password This page was generating an ugly error when the old password was entered incorrectly, fixed to give a nice error. 3/25/2004 Course Requests The style of this page has been changed to be more readable. 3/12/2004 Print Weekly Attendance Report This report now supports Summer School Period Blocking. Also added code to support graying out the days where the individual sections do not meet according to the Days of Week tags in MST.   Scores by Student Print Preview was always going back to the first student, fixed.   Scores by Assignment Print Preview was always going back to the first assignment, fixed.   Attendance Now if no Attendance Code is provided in ABI Options, then that code will not display as an option on the attendance page. This means that schools not wanting to allow tardies to be entered by the teacher can just remove the tardy code from ABI options.   Grade Reporting The wording to indicate the current Grading Period has been changed to read "the Date Range for Grade Posting is…" This should be less confusing to teachers.   Class Labels The Class Labels report (run from the reports page) now has the option to turn OFF or ON the Parent Name, Student Name, or the Address. 3/11/2004 ABI Options When trying to blank out the field codes on the Att (More) tab, an error was being generated, fixed. 3/10/2004 Gradebook Edit Assignment When changing a Max Value for an assignment, the system now gives the option about whether or not to add a comment in the assignment score records about the change.   Gradebook Scores by Student This page now shows the student number in the table header.   Standards Based Grade Reporting When displaying by standard, this page was not handling classes with students of multiple grade levels properly, fixed. 3/4/2004 Edit Gradebook Assignments The requirement to fill in the Date Assigned and Date Due was too strict. This data entry requirement has been removed. Date Page Comments 2/27/2004 Change Password With the Aeries version from 2/27/2004, administrators can now configure the frequency that ABI users are forced to change their password. 2/23/2004 Course Requests The display for Course Request Course Ids was not sorting correctly as it would in Aeries unless scanner sheets were at least print previewed. This has now been fixed so that it will sort as it is supposed to in Aeries all the time. 2/19/2004 Main Menu The font style has been changed in the global messages area to better match the text on the rest of the page.   Attendance When showing student fields and linking to the code descriptions, the code descriptions were not displaying, fixed. 2/13/2004 Gradebook Navigation The fly-out showing the Assignments and Students was not working if some assignment descriptions contains some special characters. It is now fixed to handle any character. 2/12/2004 TA Mode Going into TA Mode was causing an error, fixed.   Gradebook Scores by Class The gradebook was giving an error if assignment numbers above 500 were encountered, fixed. 2/11/2004 Grade Reporting - Load From Gradebook (GradebookToGrades.asp) The load process was sometimes displaying NA for students and was also sometime displaying student from old GRD records, both fixed. 2/5/2004 Most Data Entry Pages Most data entry pages now show a count-down timer for the session timeout of the session. This will help inform users when their session is about to expire.   Edit Gradebook Changed to require that the fields on the page on be filled in.   Edit Gradebook Assignment Changed to require that the fields on the page on be filled in.
