This was necessary as while one user is in the middle of Initializing ATT and about to initialize CAR, another user could open the Student Class Schedules form, and start the CAR-file initialization process causing duplicate CAR-records! |

Also, if the new ETH and RC fields are blank the process will handle converting the old ethnicity code fields into the Ethnicity and Race fields for these records. |
