Fields have been added to enter the College Board School Code, Graduation Date, and location where the file will be created. Also, there are options to skip Remedial Courses (CRS.CL=35), to specify a CRS.UCx field, as well as to include/exclude Repeat Tags. |

| 1/27/2012 | Print Standards Based Report Cards - now includes the option to print Language Assessment information in the Top-Right and Top-Left sections of the reports. Also added additional language support for translating Mark Types and all new Language Assessment fields offered. Added logic to grey-out marks based on new "Applies to Term" fields in the Standards table. Modified Sorting to better handle students with same names and added Middle Name and Suffix to the Student Name. Removed the unnecessary "Print Only Changes" option as it never worked properly. Also widened the School Name field and added logic to not display mark description headings if no marks are defined. Also added logic to allow printing of "&" symbols. Added ability to print report for grades 7 and 8. Changed "Retained" to "Retained in Grade" and adjusted location of the "Promoted" label. |

Explanation of Marks was only printing the first character of two-character marks, fixed. Modified to display all columns regardless of selected marks, but rather show blank boxes for marks that have been de-selected (like the landscape report). 4-mark report was not showing 4th Quarter Comment, fixed. Hide 4th mark column when running 3-mark report. |

The main change is the use of the HIS table to determine valid students and the FRE table instead of the FRM to calculate the Economically Disadvantaged. Unlike previous versions, the participation or eligibility dates will be evaluated to determine Free and Reduced eligibility. Also, any CALPADS translations for FRE will be honored. |
| | Carl Perkins (DST C/S ONLY) – the Carl Perkins E2 report and the Detailed report can now be generated at the district level from the Client Server version ONLY. The setup options include the selection of schools to be included in the reports and the option to generate totals for each school or totals at district level.
