Aeries Software regional workshops are offered on a variety of topics. All regional workshops will be presented using a lecture format with a single computer and projection unit. The cost of all workshops is listed on each individual registration form on a per-person basis; lunch is on your own. Regional workshops normally begin at 8:00 AM, and end at 4:00 PM (please check individual registration forms for details). Limited space is available.

This is an in-depth tour of functions available to database administrators (DBA) in Aeries Client Version. Emphasis is on the AdminCS toolbox module usage and functionality. Topics include Aeries SQL database maintenance, school code limitations, defining school based codes, creating a master cache, reviewing additional forms and reports relocated from District Aeries.
Coverage of the New Year Rollover process. Consists of database preparation procedures, creating a new year database in SQL, every rollover step and option in Aeries, and all reports to run throughout the process to verify data. Includes defining student table relationships, copying Aeries tables, updating student data, and creating/updating an inactive student school.
Not intended as SQL Server DBA Training.
