Your Position

We are looking for outgoing, analytical, customer-focused Product Managers to join a dynamic product team that is ushering in a new era at Aeries. The Product Managers will look at the market and interact with customers to identify and assess product opportunities. They will take potential features and document the reasons we may want to tackle them and prioritize their need. Product Managers will find the highest value problems that our customers face and determine if a software solution is warranted, coordinating with strategic company initiatives and documenting on the Product Roadmap. Product Managers must maintain an awareness of customer journeys and seasonal priorities and will communicate changes in priorities to Business Analysts. Product Managers will monitor for changes to the industry based on legislative and State Board of Education agendas and initiatives.

2+ years of Product Management experience

SIS or EdTech experience preferred

Product Management certification is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

AzureDevOps, Confluence, Slack, or similar tools

All about the Job

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for finding the intersection of customer needs, industry trends, and company business goals to build and maintain a robust product roadmap. You will work with business analysts and development teams to ensure that the product roadmap drives product development.

Your Mission

Work collaboratively with the members of the product team to help design appropriate solutions to customer needs.

Communicate directly with customers, via focus groups, roundtables, conferences and other avenues to gather feedback around needs.

Become familiar with customer journeys and the various customer personas that utilize a Student Information System.

Collaborate and communicate with other departments, including Support, Training and Implementation, and Sales and Marketing.

Build and maintain the Aeries Product Roadmap.

Report directly to the Director of Product.


Our HQ is in Orange, California but remote work is available

Expect some travel throughout California and Texas


$105,000 – $125,000 Salary, based on experience and skills
