The Aeries Software family is growing! This summer, we are looking forward to adding valuable contributors throughout the company to better serve our customers.

Increasing Response Times, Product Enhancements

Better serving our customers means being able to answer phone calls and respond to emails quicker, to develop and release more product enhancements, and to offer more help resources, such as documentation and videos. In order to accomplish these goals, we are hiring more of the following:

Experienced Software Developers

Quality Control/Documentation specialists

Part-time trainers

Product Specialist

In addition to hiring additional representatives in existing positions throughout the company, Aeries Software is also creating a brand new position. The Aeries Product Specialist will be a true advocate for the end-user, maintaining an expert-level knowledge of all major aspects of Aeries and a working knowledge of all other areas of Aeries. This entails knowing not just how the system works, but also why the system works the way it does.  This job function will involve understanding varying target audiences and presenting to them the most applicable benefits of Aeries® SIS.
