We know all too well the importance of adequate training when it comes to transitioning to a new system. The programs we provide our customers are tailored, comprehensive, and designed to help support your district’s specific use case.

Our expert training team will work with your district to develop a training plan specifically designed for your organization’s unique needs. The Aeries course curriculum we build together will provide a level of knowledge that will help ensure successful use of Aeries by all your user roles.

Aeries end user training for the district office and school staff should be delivered as close as possible to the first time use of the software, and carefully coordinated with the data conversion and “go live” dates for the schools. This will be reiterated in your custom training plan.

Onsite training can be scheduled in full day increments only (up to 7 hours).

In most cases, training will be hands-on in a demonstration Aeries database so that attendees get practical.

For an optimal learning environment, we recommend limiting class size to no more that fifteen (15) participants per session. Aeries reserves the right to charge an additional per-person fee for training sessions that surpass twenty (20) attendees.
