Teresa Magpayo Castro

Technology Instructional Coach & TOSA

Teresa Magpayo Castro is a Technology Instructional Coach and Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District, as well as a Professor and Coordinator at Claremont Graduate University. A recognized voice in the field, she was recently featured alongside her partner, Ricardo Recinos, in CTA California Educator Magazine. 

Teresa leads a dynamic tech team that delivers specialized professional development for educators and administrators across the PreK–12 spectrum. Her expertise is frequently sought after at major universities and global conferences, where she presents on the evolving landscape of educational technology. 

As the co-founder of Transformational Tech, Teresa produces weekly broadcasts across multiple platforms, providing essential training and resources to a global community of educators. Her work continues to bridge the gap between pedagogy and the latest digital innovations. 

Ricardo Recinos

Dedicated Technology TOSA

Ricardo Recinos is a dedicated Technology TOSA for the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District and a supervising instructor for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. Recently featured alongside his partner, Teresa Castro, in the CTA California Educator Magazine, Ricardo is a recognized leader in educational innovation. 

His expertise spans global stages as an MIE Expert, ACE Expert, Canvassador, College Board consultant, and AP Reader. In these roles, he trains educators and administrators worldwide on the integration of instructional technology. 

Ricardo is also the co-founder of Transformational Tech, a weekly broadcast dedicated to professional development and deep-dive conversations with educational stakeholders. Additionally, he serves as a lead for the Region 3 Instructional Leadership Corps (ILC) project. 

Martin Cisneros
