As the calendar flips and the first hints of autumn color the horizon (well, almost, here in Southern California!), there’s a special kind of energy in the air. This season feels especially meaningful for me. On behalf of our Aeries employees and myself, I am delighted to welcome you back to the 2025-26 school year, to share the unveiling of our new vision and mission, and to mark an extraordinary company milestone: thirty years of growth, dedication, and transformation.
We know this time can be filled with both challenges and opportunities for students, educators, administrators and parents alike. Our goal is to provide you not just with products and services, but with partnership, support, and inspiration. This year, as the world of K-12 education and technology continue to evolve, we’re renewing our promise to be more than a vendor. Instead, we aspire to be your collaborator in progress in many ways:

I invite you to head to your closest User Group Meeting to connect with likeminded individuals looking to increase their Aeries knowledge and best practices. As someone who’s personally attended several User Group meetings, I am a huge advocate of the organic collaboration, community-building, and problem-solving that local schools develop with their regional neighbors.
Over the past several years, the educational landscape has transformed at an unprecedented pace. Digital learning, inclusivity, and global connectivity have shifted what’s possible, and what’s expected. In response, we have taken time to reflect, listen, and reimagine our foundational purpose. We are proud to officially share our new vision and mission statements, both of which were crafted collaboratively with input from our staff, customers, and educational leaders:

Every word in our new statements is shaped by the real experiences, voices, and dreams of our Aeries Community. We are excited to move forward with this shared vision, knowing that together, we can transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into impact.
And speaking of impact, this summer, we celebrated thirty years of Aeries! It’s truly a milestone that propels us forward, day after day. It can be tempting, at such a juncture, to look back at all that has been accomplished: the thousands of schools served, the countless learners supported, the enduring partnerships forged. But while our roots are deep, our focus remains on what’s ahead. Each chapter has made us stronger, more agile, and more innovative. We know that some may point to our age as a possible disadvantage. But to that, I say: our history is a testament to our adaptability, our resilience, and our capacity for reinvention. Our longevity is a springboard, and we use that wisdom to fuel new ideas, not to rest on past success. I invite everyone within our Aeries Community to join us in writing the next chapter.
As we step into a new school year, with a fresh vision and the momentum of thirty years behind us, our promise is clear: we are here for you. Whether you’ve been with us since our earliest days or you’re just discovering us now, you are an essential part of our story. Thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and your inspiration.
