AeriesCon Spring 2026

We are thrilled to announce that AeriesCon will be hosting its very first event in beautiful Monterey, California! Come join us by the bay for a refreshing and innovative two-day or three-day event, depending on your ticket option of choice!
 

Sessions, keynotes, and Day 3 workshops will be held across three adjoining venues: the Monterey Conference Center, Portola Hotel, and Marriott Hotel. All three venues are conveniently located within a 3-minute walking distance of one another with walkways and bridges to connect you with ease! Specifics on the exact session and keynote locations will be released as we approach the event. 

Monday, March 9 – Early Check-in and Welcome Reception 

Tuesday, March 10 – General AeriesCon + Private Evening Reception at the Monterey Bay Aquarium 

Wednesday, March 11 – General AeriesCon

Thursday, March 12 – Attendees who purchased a Three-Day registration can choose from one of three specialized workshops for Day Three:

AeriesCon is designed for anyone who uses or supports Aeries SIS, including administrators, teachers, counselors, data clerks, and IT staff. You will learn about the latest features and updates of Aeries, as well as best practices and tips for using it effectively.

We’ll be bringing back popular sessions, and adding new ones, too! Topics include CALPADS, Gradebook, Attendance, Scheduling, and more. 

AeriesCon Spring 2026’s session list will be released January 2026.

Early Bird pricing for our Two-Day Registration is $1099 per person and Early Bird pricing for our Three-Day Registration is $1299. Early Bird pricing is available through January 17th, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST, so be sure to grab your tickets before prices go up!

Regular Registration will go on sale January 18th, 2026, and is $1299 for our Two-Day Regular Registration and $1499 for our Three-Day Registration. Regular Registration closes February 27th, 2026. 

Registration includes a continental breakfast and snack on each day of the conference attended, as well as a $100 pre-paid Visa card issued to each registered attendee upon check-in, for the purpose of covering lunch expenses over two days of the conference.  

A wide range of dining options are available at the conference location and within close walking distance. Attendees are encouraged to retain receipts for personal records and in accordance with district reporting requirements. Please verify with your school district if acceptance of this card complies with your local policies.

Additionally, all attendees are invited to join us at our Welcome Reception Monday, March 9th, and Aquarium Night at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on Tuesday, March 10th. 

Two-Day Registration includes access to sessions, keynotes, Open Forum, vendors, networking opportunities on March 10th & 11th, as well as a Welcome Reception on March 9th and a private reception at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on March 10th.  
 
Three-Day Registration includes everything in Two-Day Registration, PLUS access to your choice of one three AeriesCon Advanced Day tracks on March 12th: Advanced Data Solutions Day, Advanced Master Schedule Building Day, or Advanced CALPADS Day.

We offer two ticket packages: Two-Day Registration or Three-Day Registration. We do not offer One-Day Registration for any part of AeriesCon. 

We accept credit card payments through Stripe, a great option we started implementing last year. There are no additional fees associated with this option. 

The option to pay via Purchase Order/Invoice is also still available. If you are registering with a Purchase Order, a valid Purchase Order number and matching purchase order document upload must be submitted at the time of registration. 

Incomplete registrations will be voided. However, registrations can be resubmitted through www.aeries.com/aeriescon using a valid credit card number or a complete combination of Purchase Order # and uploaded PO document. 

LEAs are eligible for a 10% discount on registrations for groups of 5 or more individuals registered simultaneously. With the group registration process, participants can be listed at the time of registration or anytime up to the conference’s opening day. Tickets that have not been assigned can be allocated to participants through the “Manage Registration” link found in the confirmation email sent after each purchase. 

Registration for AeriesCon Spring 2026 remains open through Friday, February 27th. 

Confirmed AeriesCon Spring 2026 registrations may be transferred to alternate attendees within the same LEA on or before Friday, February 20th, 2026. 

To transfer a registration, select the “Manage Registration” button found in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of registration. 

To cancel a confirmed registration, contact us by email at aeriescon@aeries.com. Cancellation requests must be received by midnight PST on February 20th, 2026. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after this date. 

No, recordings of sessions or keynotes will not be available from AeriesCon Spring 2026. 

If your district Aeries Admin has not received a code, it might not apply to your district at this time.
