Ticket Options  

Early Bird Registration pricing – $339 

• • August 24th, 2026 through September 25th, 2026 – Credit card payment or uploaded Purchase Order is required by September 25th @ 11:59 pm PST to secure Early Bird pricing.  

Regular Registration pricing – $439 

• • September 26th, 2026 through November 4th, 2026. 

Group Discount: 

• • Orders for 5 or more attendees from the same LEA/District will receive a 10% discount. Registrations must be submitted together using the Group Discount registration option on the AeriesCon Registration page at www.aeries.com/aeriescon.  Separate transactions cannot be combined to receive the group discount.  

• • To assign registrations from a group order to individuals, use the “Transfer Registration” option.  

Payment Policy 

Submitting one of two payment options is required at the time of registration:  

1. 1. Credit Card payment
   2. Purchase Order number with valid upload of matching Purchase Order document 

Registrations that do not include complete and valid Purchase Order or Credit Card information will be voided and can be resubmitted.  

Transfers & Cancellations  

Confirmed AeriesCon Fall 2026 Registrations may be transferred to alternate attendees on or before midnight PST on Friday, October 30th. To transfer your registration, refer to the confirmation email you received and access the “Manage Registration Details” link. 

AeriesCon Fall 2026 cancellations must be completed by midnight PST on Friday, October 19th. To cancel, contact us by email at aeriescon@aeries.com. No cancellations will be accepted after this date. 

Registrations After Cancellation Deadline  

All registrations purchased between October 20th, 2026 and November 4th, 2026 are final and non-refundable. 

Registration and Access Policy 

Access to AeriesCon virtual content is restricted to registered attendees only. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of the content is prohibited and may result in cancellation of event registration/access.

AeriesCon Fall 2026 will be held virtually November 2-4, with session offerings accessible from the comfort of your own workspace.

 AeriesCon Spring 2027 will be held virtually March 1-3, 2027 as well, with diverse and engaging session offerings available at your fingertips.

AeriesCon is designed for anyone who uses or supports Aeries SIS, including administrators, teachers, counselors, data clerks, and IT staff. You will learn about the latest features and updates of Aeries’ solutions, as well as best practices and tips for using them effectively. 

AeriesCon will offer a variety of sessions covering topics such as attendance, gradebook, scheduling, transcripts, state reporting, parent portal, data analysis, and more. You can choose from beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions based on your level of experience and interest. You can also network with other Aeries users and experts, and get your questions answered by the Aeries Subject Matter Experts in Open Forum.   

You can register for AeriesCon with a Credit Card purchase or by submitting a Purchase Order.

NOTE: A complete Purchase Order will be required at the time of registration to ensure your spot is secured. Incomplete registrations will be subject to cancellation.

We are pleased to provide local education agencies (LEAs) with a 10% discount when registering groups of five or more participants together. To qualify, all group registrations must be submitted as part of the same purchase. NOTE: Additional registrations cannot be added later to an existing group purchase in order to receive the discount.

Yes! Registration for both AeriesCon Fall 2026 and AeriesCon Spring 2027 will open on August 24th, with Combo Registration options available for the best deals available.

Each AeriesCon is designed to teach you a wide variety of subject matter across numerous disciplines, but also to build upon what you have previously learned. There’s an inherent educational benefit, as well as financial benefits to taking advantage of our Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Combo Registration option!

We look forward to offering past favorite sessions and quite a few new sessions at AeriesCon Fall 2026 and AeriesCon Spring 2027. The AeriesCon Fall 2026 session list will be available at  www.aeries.com/aeriescon in mid-September. The agenda will be accessible to registered attendees on the conference platform approximately one week before.   

Yes! All AeriesCon Fall 2026 registrations include access to session recordings and will be available to registered AeriesCon Fall 2026 attendees until January 29th, 2027.
